This series arises from a reality that I romanticized during my childhood. It stemmed from the seemingly idyllic countryside background of my great-grandmother’s home. My imagination constructed a mosaic from pictures and stories depicting a life centered on pastoral simplicity where traditions and folklore were interwoven into the fabric of the family culture. The countryside for me became synonymous with a deep understanding and connection to a life in harmony with the earth.

After many years of living abroad, a sense of nostalgia motivated me to search out a vestige of those memories among the developing urban landscape.
